🐥 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped by Bou. Once shipped, you will receive tracking confirmation to the email provided. USPS First Class Mail takes between 3-5 days. To account for any possible delays, please allow at least one week for your order to arrive. I do not have estimates for the shipping duration of international orders.

🐥 DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY TO ME?

The Postal Service is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. If your location is listed here I am NOT able to ship to you.
All other locations are eligible. Shipping locations will be updated monthly. 
Please allow up to one month for
orders to arrive. Please read our shop policies below before you order anything from bou shop.*

🐥 PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING / I HAVE EXTRAS IN MY PACKAGE?

While packaging many orders at once, there may be occasions where I leave something out. If this happens, please email contact@bou-shop.com to get everything resolved. If you find something in addition to what you ordered, congratulations you got an extra gift from Bou!! I appreciate you all so much and try to include extra goodies into shipments where I can.

🐥 WHAT DETERMINES MY SHIPPING COST?

ALL packages are shipped in a padded mailer with tracking. This is to ensure transparency in delivery confirmations for both you and me. Currently, our US shipping cost is a $4 flat rate no matter what you order. Shipping costs for international orders are determined by the current USPS Shipping Rates calculated after you enter your shipping location at checkout.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or  import taxes that may apply to international orders.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs fees you may incur.

I reserve the right to decline or accept any cancellation request.

*This online store does not collect VAT for EU/UK regions, therefore you may be responsible for import taxes before your order is delivered by your courier. Please make sure to provide an email and a phone number at checkout. This contact information helps customs officials resolve issues and collect any owed amounts.
